Tom is a Performance Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian, with a wealth of experience in clinical and sports settings. This includes over 12 years of clinical work as a Registered Dietitian, specialising primarily in intensive care and gastrointestinal dietetics.
Over the past five years, Tom has become established as a prominent endurance sports nutritionist, working primarily in distance running. He has featured on a range of sports nutrition podcasts, webinars, and running conferences, and works with athletes of all levels, ranging from absolute beginners to seasoned marathoners. He also has expertise in plant-based nutrition, and welcomes clients looking to explore a transition to a plant-based dietary approach.
When not in clinic, Tom can usually be found running or talking about running! In 2025 he will be representing England at Masters level in the marathon, aiming to break 2:30. He’s also a UK Athletics qualified Running Coach.
