Since our baseline year, MHG has initiated the following environmental management measures:
- Renewable Energy: We have transitioned 100% of our clinical electricity at 76 Harley Street to a REGO-certified Green Energy Tariff.
- Digital Transformation: By utilising our Digital CRM for 100% electronic patient records & upgrading the system and forms,, we have eliminated clinical paper waste, reducing our “Waste in Operations” footprint by an estimated 15%.
- Operational Efficiency: Our internal lighting was already high-efficiency LED with motion-sensor controls to minimise idle energy use. 95% of this has been replaced and upgraded in 2025.
- Active Travel: We promote a “Cycle to Work” scheme for staff and utilise our Marylebone location to encourage patients to use public transport (Bond Street/Oxford Circus hubs), minimising Scope 3 travel emissions.
